Featured roles
Roles we promote through our channels are positions we are recruiting for on behalf of our clients. Details are provided by the employer and are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Salary ranges, titles, reporting lines and closing dates can change, and a role can be filled or withdrawn without notice. Applying for a role listed here takes you to a form hosted by JobAdder and does not create any obligation on us or on the employer.
No guarantee of employment
Registering with us, applying for a role or corresponding with us does not create an employment relationship, an agency relationship or any obligation on us to find you work or to present you to any employer. We choose which candidates we introduce to which clients.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you provide to us, including anything in your CV or registration, is accurate and is yours to provide, and that you are entitled to give us the contact details of any referee you name. We handle that information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Candidate registration and role applications are handled by JobAdder, our recruitment system, and our newsletter is published on Substack. When you use those services you are dealing with those companies under their terms and privacy policies as well as ours. We are not responsible for their availability or their conduct, and links from this site to other websites are not an endorsement of them.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the words, the design, the Notice and Notice People names and logos, belongs to us or to our licensors. Third-party trade marks appearing on the site, including any client logos, remain the property of their owners and are used with permission.
Editorial independence
Notice, our publication, is editorially independent of Notice People. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that editorial coverage can be purchased.
Availability
We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
